How AVOID.NET Works
Three simple steps to make better decisions
🔍 Search & Discover
Find trustworthy advice about what to avoid
Search for any product, service, or behavior. Our community has verified warnings about:
- • Consumer products that don't work as advertised
- • Services that waste your money
- • Health products with hidden risks
- • Companies with unethical practices
- • Behaviors that lead to regret
No account needed to browse. Just search and read.
✅ Verify It's Real
Every warning is backed by real money
Unlike review sites where anyone can lie for free, our contributors stake their own money behind their claims.
Here's what that means:
✓ If their advice is accurate → they get their money back + reputation
✗ If they're spreading BS → they lose their money
The result: Only honest, verified warnings. Spam and lies become too expensive.
You'll see verification status on every page:
💡 Make Better Choices
Use the information to protect yourself

Common Questions
Do I need cryptocurrency to use this?
No - browsing is free and requires no crypto knowledge. Only contributors who want to submit new warnings need a wallet (and we'll guide you through setup).
How is this different from review sites?
Review sites let people lie for free. We require staking real money, so misinformation has actual consequences.
Who verifies the information?
The community. Contributors with high reputation review disputed claims. Wrong decisions hurt their reputation, so accuracy is incentivized.
What if I disagree with something?
You can dispute it by providing counter-evidence. Multi-sig reviewers examine both sides and make a ruling.
